Inspiron i15-3584-A10P Lento e Travando

I bought the Inspiron i15-3584-A10P notebook - 1TB of HD, 4GB of ram, Intel Core i3. The problem is that after two days of use it started to get extremely slow, especially after activating McAfee. I don't use it for games or to edit anything. The goal is to use the note to write texts and conduct research on the internet, so I usually open several abras and to write text I use office.com, but with this computer I can open only about 5 without crashing, everything is difficult to do.

Today I disabled the real-time scanning and this made it less slow, but the difficulty of changing tabs, opening a new tab and performing simple Windows functions (initializing or opening the settings) is still great.

can anybody help me?

It's the slowest computer I've ever had. I bought it thinking that, being Dell, it would be of good quality, but it was money thrown away. I already contacted the support and the person said he was going to make a configuration or pass me to the sales center, that is, he himself was assuming that the computer needs something to improve. I can't even access the browser and look, I don't have any programs opening at windows startup, I didn't download anything

Estou com mesmo problema , comprei achando que seria bom só joguei dinheiro no lixo.já entrei em contato com suporte e como resposta queriam me vender mais coisas . acho que são vão nos atender   

Ainda está na garantia mas vou levar para um técnico e vou filmar todo o processo quero ver os componentes internos se realmente , o que estou usando é o que me venderam por que é impossível ser tão lento com as especificações que tem

se fosse só um caso tudo bem , mas vários da mesma serie só é uma pena ver isso depois que já comprei.

Eu estou passando pelo mesmo problema com o mesmo computador, comprado no começo de 2020!

O dispositivo simplesmente não entrega nenhum resultado, te deixa na mão para uma simples navegação na internet. Você tenta navegar, seja por qualquer navegador, e tudo para, nada mais funciona.

Dell, por gentileza, pode solucionar esse problema?

Mesmo depois de seguir todas as instruções do suporte, a única solução que encontrei foi adicionar mais 4GB de memória. Ainda pretendo instalar um SSD no final do ano.

Ou seja, para que este modelo tenha um desempenho melhor, é necessário investir um pouco mais nele.

Adicione mais mémoria RAM, o meu era lento até para brir o windows explorer

4gb é muito pouco, tem que ter no mínimo 8gb.

Eu comprei um pente de 16gb  e consigo utilizar sem problemas.

WEll, I am gonna buy another notebook. I upgraded the RAM memory but I am not satisfied with the product.
